However, consider the cost of NOT having these benefits. Typically, the cost of Select by MMB can range between 0.5% to 1.5% of wages*. The cost of not having Select by MMB can be anywhere between 5% - 15%* of wages, when you consider hiring, retraining and business interruption costs.
